Looking to step into the exciting world of modeling guitars but don't want to have to read an encyclopedia of a manual? The VG Strat may be for you! All of the familiar Strat features and tones but hot rodded with Fender/Roland's amazing VG technology. 37 sounds under the hood. Everything from vintage Strats and Teles to acoustics, 12 strings baritones and more Gibson flavors. No unique hardware is needed. Just plug it into an amp and go! Fender has really done a great job with these. Lots of useful settings. The electric guitars sound as they should and the acoustic simulations are great. There's even alternate tunings allowing you to play in open G or open D at the flip of the dial! The platform is the good old American Series Strat. The body is alder for good tone. The 25.5 inch scale maple neck features a 9.5 inch radius maple fingerboard with 22 medium jumbo frets. A trio of single coil pickups deliver classic tones. A 2 point trem and sealed American Series tuners keep it solid. This example is finished in cool Blizzard Pearl White. This color was only available to select dealers and is quite unique looking. A great guitar for the gigging pro!
This Strat plays great and has some killer tones. The big frets and modern C shaped neck make for easy playability. The virtual tunings open a new world of possibilities. Tons of tones in this guitar. Great for recording or gigging players.
